We Fund Refund Policy

At We Fund, we maintain transparency and clarity regarding payments and refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be applicable.

By availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Consultancy & Service Fees

  • All consultancy fees, registration fees, counselling fees, processing fees, and service charges paid to We Fund are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

  • These fees cover professional time, documentation support, counselling, and administrative services already rendered.


2. Application & Institutional Fees

  • Fees paid towards universities, colleges, institutions, portals, or third-party agencies are governed by their respective refund policies.

  • Once remitted, such fees are subject to the institution’s refund rules and timelines.

  • We act only as a facilitator and cannot influence institutional refund decisions.


3. Visa Rejection / Refusal

  • In case of visa rejection or refusal, consultancy and service fees remain non-refundable.

  • Embassy / consulate fees, biometric fees, medical fees, and insurance fees are non-refundable as per government regulations.

  • Any refund from the institution (if applicable) will be processed strictly as per their policy.


4. After Arrival / Course Commencement

🚫 Once the student reaches the destination country OR the course has commenced, all institutional fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes:

  • Tuition fees

  • Registration fees

  • Accommodation deposits

  • Portal or government-related payments


5. Voluntary Withdrawal by Student

  • If a student withdraws, cancels, or defers voluntarily for personal reasons:

    • No refund of consultancy fees will be issued.

    • Institutional refunds (if any) depend entirely on the institution’s refund policy.


6. Scholarships, Free Education & Offers

  • Scholarships, fee waivers, or “free education” offers are subject to institutional approval.

  • If such benefits are withdrawn, delayed, or denied, no refunds will be provided by the consultancy.


7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed only after confirmation from the institution or third party.

  • Processing timelines may range from 30 to 180 working days, depending on the country, institution, and banking process.

  • Administrative or bank charges may be deducted.


8. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payer.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment wherever possible.

  • Cash refunds are not permitted.


9. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be applicable due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in immigration laws

  • University policy changes

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or geopolitical situations


10. Misrepresentation & Fraud

❌ No refunds will be issued if:

  • False or forged documents are submitted

  • Information provided is misleading or incorrect

  • The student violates embassy or institutional rules

Legal action may be initiated where applicable.


11. Final Authority

  • We Fund’s decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai / Tamilnadu, India.
