We act only as a facilitator between students and institutions/embassies.
2. No Guarantee Clause

Admission, visa approval, scholarships, fee waivers, or free education decisions are solely at the discretion of universities, institutions, and immigration authorities.

We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, employment, PR, or scholarship.

Any projections shared are indicative only, not a promise.
3. Student Responsibilities
The student/applicant agrees to:

Provide true, accurate, and complete information

Submit genuine documents only

Attend interviews, medicals, and biometrics as required

Pay institutional fees, government fees, and third-party charges on time
❗ Submission of false, forged, or misleading documents may lead to rejection, cancellation, or legal action. The Company bears no liability in such cases.
4. Fees & Payments

Consultancy / service fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing.

Institutional fees, embassy fees, application fees, medical fees, insurance, portal fees, or third-party payments are non-refundable once paid.
